This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the SayWhatYouMean mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The only internet connections the App makes are to: (a) load this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and (b) validate your purchase with Apple and RevenueCat. Your content is never part of these connections.
The App contains no analytics or tracking SDK. The only usage statistics we ever see are the aggregated, anonymous statistics Apple provides to all developers through App Store Connect, and only for users who have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in their device settings.
We do not require an account. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever.
Because the App processes everything on-device, no third-party AI, transcription, or cloud provider ever receives your content. The only third parties involved are:

We do not use Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud, AWS, or any external AI or cloud provider for processing your content. (The on-device Apple AI referenced above runs locally on your iPhone and does not transmit your content.)
Your content never leaves your device, so there are no international transfers of your content. Standard web requests for the legal pages, and purchase validation, may be processed on servers outside your country (including the United States) under those providers' safeguards.
All content processing occurs on-device, so your content is not exposed to network transmission. Local storage is protected by your operating system's standard security frameworks and your device's passcode/biometrics. You are responsible for securing your own device; avoid sharing it if you store sensitive content in the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). Because we collect no personal information, there is no child data for us to hold; if you believe a child has used the App, you can simply delete the App from the device.
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Australian Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, these rights are in effect automatically satisfied — all your content is under your exclusive control on your device. You can still contact us at hello@onelastjob.tech with any question and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. We do not sell or share personal information.

Outputs are generated automatically by the on-device AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output. Your content is never used to train any AI model — it never leaves your iPhone. The App does not provide professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
